Windows 8 Phones have been available since the beginning of this month and users are complaining about random reboot issues and battery problems across the HTC and Nokia devices.
In a thread over at WPCentral with over 143 replies, HTC 8X phone users have reported that handsets randomly reboot while it is being used. On the other hand, people have complained about the similar issue on Microsoft's own support forums. The Verge, a technology blog, has also confirmed that an 8X that they are testing has rebooted on more than one occasion.
Nokia Lumia 920 users also complain about the same issues rondom reboot problems and battery issues in Nokia support foroums .
Recent Update: Nokia and HTC confirms aware of issues regarding Windows 8 phone."We are working with Microsoft to investigate these reports. We will provide an update as soon as more information is available," said a Nokia spokesperson, with HTC revealing it's currently researching the problem at call centers and within its labs.
